APPLICATION

AN INNOVATIVE APPROACH TO CONSTRUCTION SITE PROBLEMS

All Blend mobile plants can be used in standard batching plant operations and in all different types of site work, thanks to their production versatility. The materials are held in separate compartments and the percentage of each element is defined according to the mix recipe, permitting the user to produce concretes, mortars, cementitious mixtures, cold asphalt and stabilized soil. Starting from a precise indication of customer needs, a type of product was developed based on a new approach, which makes the production of a targeted and quality material easier and faster.

CONCRETE

Plants offering production control system certification

Blend plants produce high performance concrete according to UNI EN 206-1 / ACI318. The entire process of production is controlled by the onboard computer and system of sensors that control the material in every moment, allowing the customer to make certifiable concrete. For certification of ready-mixed concrete it is necessary that production process and raw materials meet the specified requirements.

COLD ASPHALT

Using 100% of milled asphalt

Why regenerate?

-To recuperate old bituminous road surfaces

-To reduce the thickness of layers to place

-To repair deformed layers

-To regenerate white roads

-To reduce the exploitation of new quarries

-To eliminate the transportation costs to and from the construction site

-To reduce operating times of worksites

-To reduce the number of vehicles in circulation to and from the work site

Why cold recycling?

-Energy saving

-To reduce dust and noxious fumes

-For a better environment

-To be sustainable

The tendency of the (Rt & CTI) performance is to improve over time. This allows this technology to compete in strength with hot asphalt.
